Farrelly Mitchell would act as an exploitation partner to achieve the objective “explore appropriate new business and cooperation models.” We will do this by leading market-oriented work packages delivering feasibility studies, value-chain and business model assessments, and cost–benefit and investment cases; developing exploitation strategies and Key Exploitable Results (KERs) including market sizing, competitor benchmarking, regulatory alignment, and routes to commercial and cooperative uptake; and integrating research, industry, and policy perspectives to translate CEA innovations into scalable, investable business and cooperation models.
