Efficient & sustainable use of production factors: Experience with nutrient management, rotations, soil fertility and input optimisation; Integration of legumes, diversified systems and climate-smart practices; Practical understanding of trade-offs between efficiency, sustainability and risk

Cost–benefit & business model assessment: Daily advisory experience with farm economics and compliance; Ability to assess investment and operational costs, labour and management complexity and economic viability at farm level; Contribution to business models supporting deployment

Adoption, scaling & behavioural aspects: Strong understanding of farmer decision-making; Identification of barriers and enablers to uptake; Experience translating innovation into farmer-friendly practices
