On-farm innovation & demonstrations (TRL 6–8): Multi-location field trials and piloting across Hungary; Hosting of 5–6 large-scale on-farm demonstrations/year with 50+ participants; Real-life testing of cropping systems, machinery use and advisory approaches

Advisory systems & farmer support: Daily advisory work covering CAP compliance, nutrient management, rotations and audits; Strong capacity to translate research outputs into farmer-friendly practices; Embedded in existing advisory networks and digital platforms
