About
Regarding the call HORIZON-CL6-2026-02-FARM2FORK-02-two-stage: Open topic: Boosting organic farming for a competitive, sustainable and resilient farming:
The CRA-W has been experimenting with four different organic farming systems of vegetable (SYCMA platform - https://www.cra.wallonie.be/fr/sycma)) and arable crops (SYCI and SYCBIO platforms – https://www.cra.wallonie.be/fr/sol-plateformes)..) These experimental sites address the sectors’ challenges regarding soil fertility, reducing inputs, crop profitability and system resilience, while limiting environmental impacts. The ongoing testing of methods enables safe evaluation of innovations to potentially promote to the farming sector. Based in Gembloux (Wallonia), the vegetable and arable crop platforms of the CRA-W can constitute a one location in a multi-site network.
