About
We aim to develop next-generation sugar-reduction solutions for beverage applications, focusing on natural approaches, healthier formulations and consumer-preferred taste profiles. The project explores advanced processing strategies, functional ingredient combinations and data-driven formulation optimisation without relying on artificial sweeteners.
DİMES offers strong industrial R&D capabilities, pilot-scale validation, sensory evaluation expertise and extensive know-how in fruit-based, dairy-based and plant-based beverages.
We are seeking partners experienced in this area.
Objective: To co-create scalable, sustainable and healthier sugar-reduction solutions aligned with Horizon Europe priorities.
