Collaboration on plant extract library screening and antifungal compound discovery

Principal Investigator, Fungal Resistance Mechanisms Lab at University of Kiryat Shmona in the Galilee

Tel-Hai, Israel

About

I offer collaboration based on a high-throughput screening platform for a 794-compound plant extract library aimed at identifying natural antifungal agents. My work includes MIC testing, growth kinetics, CRISPRi-based mode of action studies, and characterization of plant-derived compounds that inhibit human and plant pathogenic fungi. The platform integrates multi-omics, functional genomics, and advanced bioassays to discover new bioactive molecules and understand their cellular targets. I am seeking Horizon Europe partners interested in biopesticides, sustainable plant protection, antifungal resistance, natural product discovery, and phytosanitary innovation.
