About
I offer collaboration in fungal molecular biology, antifungal resistance, CRISPRi-based functional genomics, and plant pathogen bioassays. My research focuses on identifying drug resistance mechanisms in fungi and discovering plant-derived antifungal compounds through genome-wide CRISPRi screens, multi-omics approaches, and systems biology. I am interested in joining Horizon Europe Cluster 6 consortia that address sustainable plant protection, AMR, and phytosanitary innovation.
