The onsite, one year course of organic farming

The program integrates learning-by-doing, education from both academic professionals and experienced practitioners, and peer-to-peer learning. Particularly we have gathered unique team of specialists: academics, farmers and advicers who can teach soil science in a very alive, passionate and professional style. The educational approach goes beyond technical skills by including art and craft workshops, storytelling, self-confidence development, and shared living experiences such as communal singing and life in a dormitory. Participants learn not only how to farm organically but also how to live responsibly in harmony with nature and society. The program directly aligns with the goal of implementing biodiversity-enhancing practices. By training participants in ecological stewardship and agroecology, we support the adoption of farming approaches that promote habitat diversity, such as organic practices that increase flora and fauna richness, including pollinators and beneficial insects.
