AI-Driven Circular Bioeconomy Solutions for Climate-Smart Vegetable and Fruit Production

Prof. Dr. at Erciyes University

Kayseri, Türkiye

About

We are developing a Horizon Europe proposal under HORIZON-CL6-2026-01-CIRCBIO-09, focusing on integrating AI, IoT, circular bioeconomy practices, and climate-smart strategies to improve sustainability and resilience in vegetable and fruit production systems. Our goal is to balance food security, climate objectives, biodiversity protection, and economic value creation through innovative digital tools and low-impact biotechnological solutions.

The project aims to co-design climate-resilient production models, valorize agricultural side-streams, optimize resource use, and develop data-driven decision-support systems for farmers and policymakers. We are seeking partners from across Europe with expertise in digital agriculture, environmental modelling, agronomy, bioeconomy value chains, biodiversity assessment, and socio-economic impact analysis.

We welcome universities, research institutes, SMEs, technology developers, farmers’ organizations, and stakeholders committed to building sustainable, circular, and climate-positive food systems.
