About

Mercy Hands Europe (MHEU) is a Swiss-based non-profit organization committed to empowering vulnerable communities affected by conflict, displacement, and climate crises. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Geneva, MHEU works in close partnership with local actors to design and implement sustainable development and humanitarian projects across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.

Our mission is to build resilient, inclusive, and self-reliant communities by focusing on four key areas: livelihoods and sustainable agriculture, health, education and youth empowerment, protection and gender equality, and access to clean water and sanitation. We integrate peacebuilding and social cohesion into all our programs, recognizing that sustainable development cannot thrive without stability and inclusion.

MHEU brings strong expertise in project design, implementation, monitoring, and strategic partnerships. By combining local knowledge with international standards, MHEU ensures that its interventions are both context-specific and scalable. Through innovation, accountability, and community ownership, we aim to create lasting impact that addresses root causes and strengthens long-term resilience.

At MHEU, we believe in the power of collaborative action to deliver sustainable solutions for a more just and peaceful world.
