About

The National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (NUBiP) is one of Ukraine’s leading educational and research institutions, specializing in agriculture, environmental and life sciences. NUBiP has IV accreditation level and conducts educational, scientific and research activities related to environmental issues and agriculture.

Having a wide range of faculties the University can fully undertake the following directions:

-       environmental sciences (forestry, balanced development of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, environmental agro- and biotechnologies, energy-saving technologies, environmental management in rural areas, land management, plant protection etc.)

-       IT and engineering sciences (engineering, energetics, mechanics, automation, IT and programming, etc.);

-       stockbreeding and veterinary

-       liberal studies (continuing education, pedagogy, law, economics)

-       food technologies

More than 2,600 academic staff, including about 300 professors and doctors of sciences, more than 1,000 assistant professors and PhDs, provide educational process and scientific research at the University. The University provides bachelor's degree programmes in 47 specialties and master's degree programmes in 42 specialties.

NUBiP actively engages in international activities through partnerships with universities, research institutions, and organizations worldwide. Among partner universities of NUBiP there are**:** University of Hohenheim (Germany), Warsaw University of Life Sciences (Poland), Czech University of Life Sciences (Czech Republic), Iowa State University (USA), Ghent University (Belgium), International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (Austria), University of Guelph (Canada).
