About
At the Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research (NIFOR), we are dedicated to advancing the oil palm industry through innovative research and development. Our team of experts focuses on enhancing oil palm and other economic tree crop cultivation practices and developing high-yielding varieties to boost productivity and sustainability. We collaborate closely with stakeholders, including farmers and industry players, to disseminate knowledge and promote best practices. Together, we strive to position Nigeria as a leader in oil palm production while fostering economic growth and environmental stewardship.
