Applied science and art activities at Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution include applied scientific research, experimental development, and art activities. The research carried out: the development of the new food products; investigations into the quality of food raw materials and food products, application of food safety standards in food processing enterprises; improving technologies for producing traditional food products; development and processing of innovative bio-based raw materials; investigations into floriculture, horticulture, plant protection; investigating the physical/chemical parameters of surface and groundwater and soil.
