Smo zaposlitveni center s sedežem v Sloveniji, ki deluje v pekarstvu in slaščičarstvu, s poslanstvom ustvarjanja smiselnih zaposlitvenih možnosti za invalide. V podjetju Mozaik dobrot združujemo družbeno odgovornost s trajnostjo z vključevanjem krožnih praks in zelenih inovacij v naše proizvodne procese. Naše ključne prednosti so: Razvoj modelov krožnega gospodarstva v živilskem sektorju, Ponovna uporaba presežkov hrane za ustvarjanje novih izdelkov z dodano vrednostjo, Oblikovanje pilotnih pobud, živilskih laboratorijev in izobraževalnih modulov za podporo malim proizvajalcem in lokalnim skupnostim, Medsektorsko sodelovanje za izgradnjo zmogljivosti za zeleni in vključujoč prehod, Sodelovanje z lokalnimi in čezmejnimi partnerji za povečanje vpliva in izmenjavo znanja. Z veseljem bomo svoje izkušnje, navdušenje in praktično znanje vključili v skupne projekte, katerih cilj je dolgoročni družbeni in okoljski vpliv. Ustvarimo pozitivne spremembe skupaj – s hrano, ljudmi in krožnim razmišljanjem.

About me

Mozaik dobrot is a socially responsible SME from Slovenia, dedicated to artisan bakery production, circular economy practices, and social innovation. We employ people with disabilities and focus on sustainable food systems, developing products that combine tradition and innovation.

Our expertise includes:

  • Upcycling food surpluses (bread, cereals) into new products, fermented beverages, and food ingredients.

  • Organic and functional foods, including sourdough bread, superfood-based bakery items, and edible flowers.

  • Circular and low-carbon practices in food production, supported by digital tools.

We have extensive experience in EU-funded projects (Interreg, Horizon, EIT Food) and international collaborations, working with partners across Austria, Croatia, and beyond.

We are now seeking partners for EUREKA 2025 projects in the field of food innovation, digitalisation, and sustainability.
