Mozaik dobrot is a socially responsible SME from Slovenia, dedicated to artisan bakery production, circular economy practices, and social innovation. We employ people with disabilities and focus on sustainable food systems, developing products that combine tradition and innovation.
Our expertise includes:
Upcycling food surpluses (bread, cereals) into new products, fermented beverages, and food ingredients.
Organic and functional foods, including sourdough bread, superfood-based bakery items, and edible flowers.
Circular and low-carbon practices in food production, supported by digital tools.
We have extensive experience in EU-funded projects (Interreg, Horizon, EIT Food) and international collaborations, working with partners across Austria, Croatia, and beyond.
We are now seeking partners for EUREKA 2025 projects in the field of food innovation, digitalisation, and sustainability.
