CEIPES – Centro Internazionale per la Promozione dell'Educazione e Sviluppo is a non-profit association founded in Palermo in 2007. It aims to empower people, communities & organisations (Vision), by developing their potential through education and training, work, innovation and international cooperation (Mission). CEIPES ETS’ Implementation Office has 4 units dealing with different topics - in order to allow the organisation to capitalise on thematic-specific expertise and partnerships - i.e.: Innovation, Technology, Sustainability and Entrepreneurship, Human and Civil Rights, Art, Culture, Design & Gamification, Well-being, Sport & Disability CEIPES ETS also includes a COMIT department - dealing with all the activities related to ICT, dissemination and communication - along with the “Rise Lab - Center for Innovation, Empowerment and Networking”, which manages CEIPES’ ANG in radio, the Pocket Cine-theatre, the STEM Lab with its additive manufacturing technologies (3D Printing) and the MADE (analogue digital empowerment museum). CEIPES ETS is also an Employment Agency, accredited by Sicily Region to provide employment services such as: orientation; skills assessment; job support; recruitment; internship placement. Drawing on more than 16 years of experience in both coordinating and implementing projects within several EU funding programmes (Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, EU4Health, CREA, ESF), CEIPES portfolio includes over 250 EU projects.
