I am a senior project manager and communication expert with over 15 years of experience in designing, managing, and implementing educational and awareness-raising initiatives in rural areas across Poland and Europe. I specialize in EU-funded projects promoting environmental sustainability, renewable energy, climate-smart agriculture, and digital transformation.

At the Foundation for the Development of Polish Agriculture (FDPA), I currently lead multiple national and international projects, including:

  • "Digitalisation for Enhancing Efficiency in Rural Enterprises" (ESF+): supporting micro-entrepreneurs and farmers with content-driven digital and sustainable practices.

  • "Sustainable Nutrient Management and Water Protection": raising awareness and training farmers in best practices under the Nitrates Directive.

  • "Biogas Plants – Myths and Facts": an educational project aimed at municipalities, farmers, and local communities on the potential of agricultural biogas, including study visits to German facilities.

  • "Renewable Energy for Homes and Business": a nationwide campaign promoting OZE (renewable energy sources) and establishing over 300 County Advisory Points for rural citizens.

  • "Local Green Civic Initiatives": coordinating 20 grassroots environmental projects across rural communities funded by the National Fund for Environmental Protection.

I am also certified in AI for Managers and currently exploring how digital tools and AI can enhance communication and outreach in green transition projects.

My expertise lies in stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, climate adaptation, and sustainable rural development.
