About

CNFA Europe is forming a strong multi-actor consortium for HORIZON-CL6-2026-02-COMMUNITIES-01: Boosting sustainable competitiveness in rural areas through innovation, and we are currently seeking an experienced Coordinator to lead the consortium and contribute to proposal development. The project concept is well advanced and structured around three core pillars: (i) generation of evidence and indicators on sustainable rural competitiveness; (ii) implementation of rural Living Labs, combined with financial support to young rural entrepreneurs; and (iii) development of digital and hybrid skills, education, and knowledge-sharing pathways. The consortium is already taking shape, with engaged partners from Belgium, Slovenia, and Austria, Ukraine, Armenia, and Georgia, representing research, SSH, innovation, and rural development expertise.

We are specifically looking for a Coordinator (preferably from an EU Member State) with a proven track record in coordinating and implementing Horizon Europe projects, strong experience in multi-actor R&I actions, and the institutional capacity to lead scientific coordination, governance, and compliance.
