BFConsult would like to take part in a project that fits in with the priorities of the European Green Deal and the ‘farm to table’ strategy for a fair, healthy and environmentally-friendly food system. We hope that the project will strengthen partnerships between EU and AU countries.

BFConsult is well established in Africa (North, West and Central Africa) and has a representative office in Ivory Coast. We would like to develop digital tools adapted to local contexts and innovative agro-ecological approaches to improve agro-forestry sectors and food security, particularly in West Africa.

We can provide support and consultancy services, carry out audits, evaluate systems, discuss best practice with local communities, make recommendations, train staff and support the transition. We are already helping a large number of companies to set up and monitor certification systems.

We have an international presence and can work at every level of the supply chain, from producer to consumer, from local to global. BFConsult is developing a web platform to support the implementation of Due Diligence and the analysis of deforestation as part of the implementation of the EUDR. This is an international platform linking players involved in the supply chains of products imported into the EU.
