We are a research-focused department specializing in scalable acoustic monitoring technologies with over 20 years of experience in acoustic AI. Our core expertise involves the deployment and analysis of data from autonomous recording units (ARUs) to monitor the environment through sound. We see acoustic monitoring as a powerful tool for biodiversity monitoring, species detection, habitat assessment, and long-term biodiversity surveillance. We aim to collaborate with researchers, conservation organizations, and technology partners to advance the integration of passive acoustic monitoring in biodiversity projects and to support the development of standardized monitoring protocols.
