About

Development technology of legume processing (e.g. peas, chickpeas, etc.) that is a source of source high quality protein with fully valorized side streams that can be utilized both in food and feed purposes. The technology has broad potential of upscaling and is currently at TRL 5.

The research can be incorporated as a work package under various project topics related to sustainable, vegan and complete protein sources and that bolster EU farmers resilience.
