Looking for a consortium in preparing farmers, their workforce and advisors for the future of agriculture. The primary objective is to examine the mechanisms through which farmers, their labour force, and advisors should obtain knowledge and skills (e.g., incentives, methodologies, tools, timing, frequency, and location); identify the entities responsible for imparting this knowledge and skills to ensure that lifelong learning (LLL) remains appealing, effective, and current, incorporating innovative, practice-orientated insights from multi-stakeholder initiatives.
