15th of September - Platform opens. Registration for international companies and meeting applications is open.

From the 15th of September to the 20th of October - Registration period. The platform will be open for international companies to register.

20th of October - Registration and meeting request deadline.

20th of October - On-site and hybrid meetings. The 20th of October, from 15:00 to 17:00, the on-site matchmaking event will take place. Companies may have on-site meetings, as well as online meetings with companies that could not physically attend the event.

From the 20th of October to the 6th of November - Online meetings period. Online meetings that could not take place during the on-site event, as well as those that were already arranged online. New online meetings can also be arranged within this period.

6th of November - Mission and meetings end. Final day for online meetings framed within the Brussels Company Mission 2026.

Platform revamp. The platform will be briefly revamped to serve as a continuous matchmaking space that will operate until September 2027.
