PAIZ Konsulting Sp. z o.o. has been providing training services for adults learners and SME VET learners since 1997 focusing on solutions enhancing knowledge increase and effective change implementation in skills, behaviours and attitudes on individual level as well as organisational. PAIZ has served almost 10 000 adult learners from Poland and other European countries who participated in its educational events. (www.paiz.com.pl) PAIZ’s trainers are partners of the international training company WILSON LEARNING, www.wilsonlearning.com, operating in 31 countries worldwide. PAIZ is also a partner and sole representative in Poland of the international training company Barnes and Conti, www.barnesconti.com. Since 2003 PAIZ, through its brand „Skolamed”, has been also offering conferences and seminars for the medical sector providing a full set of hospitality services (www.skolamed.pl). PAIZ's main goal for the coming years is to expand its offerings to include innovative educational solutions, particularly those related to environmentally friendly behaviours. This approach will allow it to better adapt to changing market expectations PAIZ has been involved in several projects related with green skills development, promoting ecological behaviours for adults and SME staff and zero-waste and circular economy transition: "GreenHost - Sustainability and eco-friendly habits in the lodging sector – it’s time to start the game", ”GoBeEco - Gamification of eco-friendly habits in adult education”,  Linear Turns Circular - Fostering SMEs Circular Economy Transition”, „Too Good To Go - Waste Free Economy Transformation for SMEs” „PackLess - Supporting SME Sustainable Packaging Transformation”, „Shift 2 Green - Promoting Eco-friendly Habits at Work with Gamification” PAIZ is also involved in several educational projects and the design of educational solutions: educational videos, learning implementation tools, Massive Open Online Sources and the implementation of gamification in teaching. PAIZ was also the Coordinator of Erasmus+ Project „Extended Learning Support System (ELSS)” which resulted in creation of an online system supporting the implementation of skills into the workplace through pre learning, learning and post learning tasks and the Leader/Coordinator of  „REMOWA”, which aimed at documenting the emerging skills gap for managing a remote workforce and developing corresponding Open Educational Resources and a training course for the continuous professional development of HR professionals.
