Development of sustainable textiles and bio-based products - Project collaboration seeked

In our company, there are different kind of melt spinning (POY, FDY and Bi-component), texturizing, yarn twisting, air jet texturizing, flat yarn and rewinding machines. We can be a part of this call as a multifilament yarn producer if we find any polymer raw material producer (biopolymers, recycled polyesters, or biorefineries). Furthermore, masterbatches containing color and/or functionality add into the yarn by melting with the polymer in the extruder. We are also able to produce hybrid yarns combining polyester or other yarns such as polypropylene, nylon, bamboo, glass fiber, etc.

The subjects we are interested in are as follows ;

- Sustainable textiles( Recycling and Biodegradability) (recycle, bio polymers, biobased materials)

- Thermoplastics composites (hybrid yarns)

- Development of new products and materials (biocomponent yarns,antistatic and conductive polyester filament yarns etc..

- Active, Smart and Sustainable technical textiles
