Looking for new EU research collaboration-Polymer nanocomposite material for an alternative layer of fuel cell in energy sectors
About
Oba Perdesan is a company that has been providing services in the production, sales, and after-sales support of various types of mechanized blind systems for interior spaces since 1972. The company has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million finished blinds, 3 million meters of roller blind fabric, approximately 6 million meters of plastic raw materials, and 3000 tons of aluminum profile production capacity. and has developed an integrated production management system by establishing facilities for the production of roller blind fabrics, plastic materials, and aluminum. The company has invested in technical textile technology and extrusion machines to produce innovative products such as Truwood and antiviral fabrics. In addition, they have collaborated with universities and the industry to work on high-value-added product development. In addition to technical textiles, polymer and aluminum extrusion, we have R&D studies on fuel cell components. In 2024, we initiated an R&D project for a fuel cell component targeting the energy sector with TÜBİTAK support. With the fuel cell component we developed in our project, high-performance products will be obtained in fuel cells that produce energy using hydrogen. We carry out product R&D studies under the consultancy of Yıldız Technical University Fuel Cell Research Unit. The performance of our work will be tested at the YTÜ Fuel Cell Test Laboratory
