TERRA’SENSO is the sensory laboratory of Innov’Alliance. Created in the early 2000s, Terras Senso has over 20 years of experience in sensory and marketing studies. Its activity is managed by a dedicated team of 5 persons with a solid multi-sectoral experience (marketing studies, sensory evaluation, food and cosmetics tests, panel recruitment, etc). Terras Senso provides several types of services to Innov’Alliance members, but also external organizations: co-creativity workshops, focus groups, qualitative studies, skills mapping, consumer studies, sensory analyses, efficiency and use tests. The lab counts several facilities: a tasting area with computers, a culinary space, a space for qualitative studies, two large kitchens, large storage spaces.

Over the years, Terra Senso has developed a large consumer database, which is one of the core tools of the lab. The database includes over 4000 individuals, based in the South-East of France, with different characteristics in terms of gender, age (including kids and teens), socio-professional categories, incomes, consumption habits… Terra’Senso has a strong expertise in consumer questioning and data analysis. The consumers involved in the Terra’Senso studies participate and answer the questionnaires in all honesty and confidence thanks to the relationship of trust built with them over the time
