About

Bioquochem has been for hte last 10 years expert in measuring Total AntiOxydant Capacity in a variety of biologicla samples: food, plants,fruits, algae, mushroom, fish, meat, oil and wine, spirits, plasma, cells and media. We measure both aqueous and lipidic antioxydants. We have developped extraction and sample preparation techniques and offer Biochemical and electrochemistry methods , instruments and software.

We are looking for projects in the agro and food industry where the use of external or naturally expressed antioxydants are essential.
