About me
With experience as a Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and a Researcher at Visionary Analytics in Vilnius, I specialize in migration and asylum governance, anti-racism, minority rights, and wider sustainability issues including links between environmental and social impacts.
I have co-authored over 40 publications and excel in designing and moderating high-level conferences and consensus-building exercises. My work with public institutions, foundations, and NGOs across various countries (in Lithuania, Malta, Hungary, Belgium, the Netherlands and South Africa) has given me a global perspective on social impact.
I have also been invited to peer review for several prestigious journals. In 2019, I was honored as one of the 100 women making Lithuanians proud.
I hold an MA in Human Rights from Central European University (CEU) and a BSc in Politics from Vytautas Magnus University (VMU).
My extensive experience in research, advocacy, and strategic facilitation uniquely positions me to co-create impactful partnerships that drive social change.
