Hive Robotics — autonomous last-km & last-mile delivery robots (Seed round open)

Hive Robotics designs, manufactures and operates autonomous delivery robots that travel on sidewalks at 5–10 km/h. Two models: Hive Compact (≈50 kg) and Hive Max (≈250 kg).

THE OPPORTUNITY

Last-mile is the most expensive, least efficient and most polluting part of delivery. Hive automates it with robots leased to companies and cities — no driver, lower cost per delivery, zero local emissions.

BUSINESS MODEL

Long-term leasing (recurring revenue), plus two extra revenue streams per robot: on-board out-of-home advertising and anonymized urban data.
