Lyriks.io : Seed round in progress

Lyriks is building the coherence layer for AI-accelerated software engineering : an executable specification, co-edited by humans and AI agents, that prevents specs from dying and AI from hallucinating business rules.

The opportunity. By 2030, AI tokens are projected to represent up to 50% of software project costs. The productivity promise of AI-augmented development is being absorbed by coordination overhead, silent regressions, and rework on rules no one had formalized. The next bottleneck of AI-native software isn't model performance : it's coherence.

Where we are. Over 1,000 downloads in the two days following release, with zero communication spend. Bourse French Tech Émergence (BFTE) secured with Bpifrance. JEIR status (French research-intensive startup designation) granted. Integrations live with Claude Code and Cursor through MCP. Early adopter conversations underway with developer teams across French scale-ups.

What we're raising. A 600k€ BSA AIR round to consolidate the product, close the first paying design partners, and prepare a Series A targeted post-traction. Conversion of the BSA into equity will trigger the IR-PME tax benefit for French individual investors.

Why us. Ten years of CNRS research on categorical graph rewriting, knowledge representation, and formal methods , protected by patent. The team combines deep technical foundations (PhD, postdoc at Harvard Medical School, R&D at Dassault Systèmes) with industrial scale-up experience (CDO and AI/MLOps director roles at Finexkap and Niji). Not another LLM wrapper. A structural layer no one can replicate in a weekend.

Who we're looking for. Angel investors, seed-stage funds with deeptech or developer infrastructure focus, and corporate investors who understand that the next decade of software engineering will be defined by coherence, not by raw generation speed.
