Fundación Sorapán de Rieros

The Sorapán de Rieros Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Extremadura, Spain, dedicated for 25 years to promoting mental health and emotional well-being, particularly among people in vulnerable situations. Over the years, we have developed a solid network of services and programs ranging from specialized therapeutic care to social and labor inclusion, community support, educational intervention, and the development of innovative psychosocial support models.

We currently have a professional team of 38 staff members, organized into interdisciplinary structures that allow us to provide comprehensive, high-quality care. Our therapeutic area, one of the most established within the Foundation, works closely with other specialized teams in education, employment, family intervention, community development, and organizational improvement, ensuring that we deliver effective, person-centered responses tailored to real needs.

In recent years, we have built extensive experience in designing and managing European projects, positioning ourselves as a reliable and strategic partner for transnational initiatives aimed at generating real social impact. We have the capacity to participate in consortia focused on the development of innovative digital solutions, particularly those that contribute to improving mental health and well-being in educational, professional, and community settings.

Our mission is to continue generating knowledge, alliances, and tools that transform the way we understand and address mental health in Europe.
