With extensive experience in international research projects, CCMIJU (Jesús Usón Minimally Invasive Surgery Centre) and its scientific units provide solid expertise in the development of innovative medical devices, bioprinting techniques, and biomaterials. Our capabilities also include advanced cell culture and characterization, as well as comprehensive in vitro and in vivo testing.

CCMIJU is interested in joining consortia and can contribute particularly to activities aligned with the following scope:
“Proposals are expected to conduct preclinical studies of antibodies and antibody-derived proteins, prepare Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) quality test batches and carry out first in human clinical safety studies. In vivo tests in at least one animal model or, if available, in humanised immune system animal models”

To support this, CCMIJU offers dedicated infrastructure such as certified Animal Housing facilities, capable of housing, maintaining and supervising a wide variety of animals for preclinical  validations.​
