REWEAVE AI | Manufacturing pilots and technology partners sought
EU projects consultant at ZEUS Consulting
Athens, Greece
About
ZEUS Consulting, Greece, is seeking manufacturing pilot partners and technology collaborators for REWEAVE AI, a research proposal under development for Horizon Europe topic HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DATA-03.
The Manufacturing Challenge
Factories need to improve AI-based quality inspection and machine-condition monitoring without pooling commercially sensitive production data. They also need to correct models efficiently when sensors, operating conditions or training data change.
For example, an incorrectly calibrated inspection camera may affect a shared model. Can the affected contributions be identified and corrected without repeating the entire training process?
REWEAVE AI will investigate:
-
Federated learning across manufacturing sites, keeping raw production data under local control.
-
Energy-aware AI execution across industrial edge, cloud and HPC resources.
-
Selective model correction supported by traceable data and model-update histories.
-
Permissioned blockchain records for cross-company provenance and accountability, with operational data stored off-chain.
-
Hybrid classical–quantum experiments for selected scheduling and resource-allocation problems, using real QPU access and rigorous classical comparisons.
Manufacturing Partners Sought
We welcome manufacturers, industrial SMEs and factory operators with a concrete quality-inspection or condition-monitoring use case, access to relevant data and equipment, and engineering staff willing to help define and evaluate a pilot.
Technology Partners Sought
Industrial AI and machine-vision developers; federated-learning researchers; industrial edge and cloud providers; blockchain and cybersecurity specialists; quantum-computing teams; and experts in measuring computing energy consumption.
ZEUS’S Proposed Smart-Manufacturing Contribution
ZEUS proposes to structure industrial use cases and pilot requirements, define data-sharing and federation-governance requirements, develop adoption and exploitation pathways, and connect industrial needs with the consortium’s technical work.
Together with pilot partners, we aim to assess inspection or monitoring quality, correction time, computing energy, deployment effort and business value.
The initiative is at planning and consortium-building stage. We are seeking partners to co-design and validate the approach.
Please request a B2B meeting and briefly describe your manufacturing use case, technology contribution or available test environment. The concept note is available on request.
