Nostrum Biodiscovery is a Barcelona-based computational drug discovery technology company spun out of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) and the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB Barcelona). We develop and deploy proprietary physics-grounded AI platforms across all major therapeutic modalities, and open them to partners through exclusive licensing and strategic agreements.

Our edge is the integration of physics-based simulation with AI, delivering interpretable, experimentally validated results where pure machine learning falls short, especially for novel chemistries. This underpins six proprietary platforms, including PELE®, TPD-Suite®, and XNA-Hub®, the world's first platform for non-natural nucleic acid design.
