Based on more than 15 years of experience, AnyGenes has three main activities: i) produces, manufactures and markets innovative and focused panel assays of signaling pathways, epigenetic (methylation analysis), microbiome and biomarkers profiling for translational medicine, ii) services for drug development by using our proprietary molecular platform, iii) development of multi-biomarkers clinical testsfor diagnostic and resistance prognostic for targeted therapies and immunotherapies.

AnyGenes has a large catalogue of signalling pathways with thousands of validated assays (experimental level) including LncRNA as potential biomarkers ready to use for human, mice, rat... Based on our “data mining” analysis these factors are classified by biological pathways of different cellular processes (cell cycle, apoptosis, autophagy, drug resistance, drug metabolism, toxicology...), and diseases (cancer, neurodegenerative disease, autoimmune diseases…). Specifically designed to be analysed by high-throughput technologies (HTqPCR array) and dedicated home-designed data analysis software. They are manufactured by AnyGenes and marketed as all in-one assays to the worldwide scientific community; they are cited in many scientific articles with high impact factor. Our panel assays are used in biomedical research, and in the development of future targeted drugs and diagnostics.

For services, our proprietary molecular platform is used for drug development including in vitro drug screening, searching for mechanism of action and specific biomarkers for patient stratification including methylation analysis by pyrosequencing. AnyGenes® provides services of integrated approaches for translational medicine, based on a broad range of innovative technologies for drug development including drug screening and testing in in vitro cell culture, efficacy and safety, mechanism of action, search & validation of biomarker signature, data analysis andpatient stratification.
