Our integrated preclinical platforms are built around a unique portfolio of well-characterized mouse disease models that closely replicate human pathophysiology and incorporate clinically relevant humanized therapeutic targets, including TNF, TNFR1, IL-23p19, IL-23p40, IL-17, TL1A and RANKL. These validated models provide predictive efficacy assessment across inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, fibrosis and oncology. Complementing our in vivo expertise, we are expanding our capabilities with mouse-derived lung and intestinal organoid platforms for early-stage ex vivo drug screening.
