Therapeutic Development

Cilcare is a biotechnology company committed to transforming hearing healthcare through therapeutic innovation. Our strategy integrates drug development with precision medicine to address a broad spectrum of auditory disorders. We are currently advancing two compounds in partnership with Shionogi and actively exploring opportunities to expand our pipeline through co-development and in-licensing initiatives.

As part of this strategy, Cilcare is also developing an AI-powered detection platform designed to enhance patient stratification in clinical trials. By leveraging auditory biomarkers, this technology aims to reduce clinical development risk and open new avenues for treating chronic and age-related diseases.

Collaborative R&D in Auditory Science

In parallel with our internal programs, Cilcare contributes its scientific and translational expertise to collaborative research efforts in hearing disorders. Our teams support partners across the full R&D continuum, from early discovery to regulatory-enabling studies, through a deep understanding of auditory pathophysiology and translational models.
