Electrospinning System
About
Advanced nanofiber manufacturing for functional biomaterials.
The FYSCON Electrospinning System is designed for the controlled fabrication of micro- and nanofibrous structures, including membranes, coatings and three-dimensional fibrous architectures.
The system supports a wide range of polymers and material combinations and can be configured according to the required material, process conditions, collector geometry and research application.
Electrospun structures can reproduce important structural characteristics of the native extracellular matrix, making the technology particularly relevant for biomaterials, drug-delivery research, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
Rather than limiting researchers to a fixed machine configuration, FYSCON can adapt the system architecture, material delivery, motion control, collectors, process monitoring and other components to the specific requirements of the project.
The system supports both exploratory research and the development of application-oriented fibrous materials and products.
FYSCON provides engineering, manufacturing and system integration from the initial technical specification to the finished equipment.
