Participation is by invitation only.
Each registration must be validated by the organizer. Your participation is guaranteed only upon an official confirmation from the organizing team.
Please start your travel planning only after receiving an official confirmation from our side.

Only one person per company may register for this event. Your presence is required for the entire event.

This is a semi-hosted event.
Flight booking and charge are upon each participant and therefore not included.
All costs are included starting from your arrival airport or station.

Please consider a flight arriving no later than 2:00 pm, so you won't miss the (optional) afternoon activities.

ARRIVAL AIRPORTS / RAILWAY STATIONS
On Wednesday 8 April (arrival), two transfer services will be provided (late morning and early afternoon) only from/to the airports/railway stations listed below.
As group transfers will be arranged, there may be waiting times at the airport.

Milan Bergamo (45 min)
Milan Linate (1 h )
Milan Malpensa (1 h 30 min)

Arrival Railway Stations:
Brescia(30 min)
Iseo (0 min)

Please consider a flight leaving later than 4:00 pm, so you won't miss any activity.
As group transfers will be arranged, there may be waiting times at the airport.

The departure airport or train station might change depending on the fam trip you will be in.
