International Academic Organizations Alliance (IAOA)

International Academic Organizations Alliance (IAOA) is an international cooperation and knowledge platform with its Secretariat in Hong Kong SAR, China, legally operated by International Academic Organizations Alliance Limited. IAOA connects universities, research institutions, academies, experts, technology and innovation communities, international talent and project partners through academic exchange, institutional cooperation, international programmes, open knowledge and publishing.

GLOBAL NETWORK & PARTNERSHIPS
IAOA maintains an international liaison network with regional liaison presence in Paris, Amsterdam, Tashkent, Moscow and Monrovia. Its formal institutional partners include the Liberia Academy of Sciences (LAS), Luxembourg Academy of Sciences and Arts (LASA) and European Scientific Society (EWG). IAOA also collaborates with Africa Open University (AOU) and other education, research and project partners on international exchange, capacity building and youth development.

CHINA, CENTRAL ASIA & AFRICA
IAOA has developed practical cooperation channels linking China with Central Asia and Africa. In China, its activities connect universities, research centres, technology-transfer platforms, experts and international talent communities. The GTC Program has brought together young participants from 20 countries at China Agricultural University. IAOA also supports the Young Scientists Academic Exchange Conference series and is developing China–Africa young scientist dialogue and international capacity-building initiatives for young people from Belt and Road countries.

In Central Asia, IAOA has a liaison platform in Tashkent and has worked with TIIAME National Research University, Uzbekistan, and other partners on China–Central Asia scientific exchange. Cooperation interests include academic mobility, visiting-scholar exchange, postdoctoral research and talent development, agricultural and environmental technology, and joint research and innovation activities.

PROGRAMMES, PUBLISHING & COMMUNICATION
IAOA develops conferences, academic dialogues, capacity-building programmes, expert engagement and project-based international cooperation. Its publishing portfolio includes WorkinChina, a multilingual international magazine focusing on international talent, careers, professional mobility and cooperation with China, as well as open-access academic journals including Global Humanities and Social Sciences (GHSS), Scientific Engineering (SE) and Teaching Research (TR).

FOR BELT & ROAD COOPERATION
IAOA welcomes cooperation with universities, research institutions, technology companies, project owners, public institutions and professional organizations in technology transfer and innovation, agriculture, environmental technology, sustainable development and ESG, education and capacity building, international talent, expert engagement, research collaboration and cross-border institutional partnerships.

國際學術組織聯盟（IAOA）是一個以中國香港特別行政區為秘書處所在地的國際合作與知識平台，由International Academic Organizations Alliance Limited在香港依法運營。IAOA通過學術交流、機構合作、國際項目、開放知識及出版傳播，連結高校、科研機構、科學院、專家、科技創新社群、國際人才及項目合作夥伴。

全球網絡與合作夥伴
IAOA已建立國際聯絡網絡，在巴黎、阿姆斯特丹、塔什干、莫斯科及蒙羅維亞設有區域聯絡渠道；正式機構合作夥伴包括利比里亞科學院（LAS）、盧森堡科學與藝術院（LASA）及歐洲科學學會（EWG），並與_非洲開放大學（AOU）_等教育、科研及項目合作夥伴在國際交流、能力建設及青年發展方面開展協作。

中國、中亞與非洲合作
IAOA持續推動中國與中亞、非洲之間的務實合作。在中國，相關活動連結高校、科研平台、科技成果轉化機構、專家及國際人才社群；GTC項目曾在中國農業大學匯聚來自20個國家的青年參與者。IAOA亦持續發展青年科學家學術交流會議、中非青年科學家交流，以及面向「一帶一路」國家青年的國際能力建設合作。

在中亞，IAOA以塔什干聯絡平台為重要支點，並與烏茲別克斯坦TIIAME國家研究型大學等夥伴開展中國—中亞科學交流，關注學術流動、高層次訪學、博士後科研與人才發展、農業與環境科技及聯合科研創新合作。

項目、出版與國際傳播
IAOA持續開展國際會議、學術對話、能力建設、專家合作及項目型國際合作。出版與傳播平台包括聚焦國際人才、職業發展、國際流動及與中國合作的多語種國際雜誌《WorkinChina》，以及Global Humanities and Social Sciences（GHSS）、Scientific Engineering（SE）和_Teaching Research（TR）_等開放獲取學術期刊。

「一帶一路」合作方向
IAOA歡迎與高校、科研機構、科技企業、項目方、公共機構及專業組織建立務實合作，重點關注科技成果轉化與創新、農業與環境科技、可持續發展與ESG、教育與能力建設、國際人才、專家合作、科研協作及跨境機構夥伴關係。
