TIIAME National Research University, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, welcomes qualified doctoral-degree holders and researchers to join the 2026–2027 Postdoctoral Development Program.

位於烏茲別克斯坦塔什干的 TIIAME國家研究型大學 現面向已取得博士學位及符合條件的科研人員招募 2026–2027博士後發展項目 參與者，接受個人申請及機構推薦。

Programme Period｜項目週期
September 2026 – May 2027｜2026年9月至2027年5月

The programme adopts a blended format, combining online research engagement with in-person academic and research activities at TIIAME.
項目採取線上與線下相結合的科研發展模式。

First In-Person Research Visit｜第一批統一線下科研活動
The first unified in-person academic and research visit for the 2026 cohort is scheduled for 7–13 October 2026 in Tashkent. Newly accepted participants may join after completing relevant academic, administrative and travel arrangements. Further visits may be arranged by mutual agreement during the programme period.
2026屆第一批統一線下科研與學術交流活動將於2026年10月7日至13日在塔什干舉行。新錄取參與者完成相關學術、行政及出行手續後均可參加；項目週期內亦可協商安排其他科研訪問。

Multi-Faculty Research Matching｜多學院科研匹配
The programme is open across TIIAME’s faculties and disciplines and is not restricted to one faculty or research field. Applicants may propose preferred research areas, faculties or interdisciplinary directions based on doctoral training, current research and future development plans. TIIAME will confirm the appropriate host faculty, department, research team or academic supervisor through review and academic matching.
本項目面向TIIAME相關學院與學科開放，不限於單一學院或研究領域。申請人可根據博士階段研究背景、目前科研方向及未來發展規劃提出希望對接的研究領域、學院或交叉方向，由TIIAME經審核及專業匹配後確認承接學院、系、科研團隊或學術指導人員。

Research Fields｜科研領域
Potential fields include water resources; hydraulic and civil engineering; agriculture; energy and electrical engineering; environment and sustainability; land resources and GIS; AI and digital technologies; automation and robotics; materials; economics and management; law; and other fields subject to academic matching.
科研領域包括水資源、水利與土木工程、農業、能源與電氣工程、生態環境與可持續發展、土地資源與GIS、人工智能與數字技術、自動化與機器人、材料、經濟管理、法律等，以及經學術匹配後可承接的其他方向。

Research & Development Activities｜科研與發展活動
Research consultations and mentoring; proposal and publication development; engagement with TIIAME research teams; joint research; seminars; laboratory/research-centre visits; and international research-network development.
主要活動包括科研諮詢與學術指導、研究方案及論文發展、與TIIAME科研團隊合作、聯合科研、學術研討、實驗室及科研中心參訪，以及國際科研網絡建設。

Who Should Apply｜適合申請人群
Primarily doctoral-degree holders and qualified researchers seeking international research development, scholarly collaboration, publication opportunities and stronger academic networks. Individual applications and institutional referrals are welcome, including structured or group-based researcher-development cooperation.
主要面向已取得博士學位及符合條件的科研人員。接受個人申請及機構推薦，亦歡迎高校與科研機構洽談制度化或批量化科研人才發展合作。

Potential Outcomes｜潛在成果
Participants may develop international research networks, identify collaborators, discuss joint publications and research projects, and strengthen longer-term institutional research links.
參與者可拓展國際科研網絡、尋找合作夥伴、推進聯合論文與科研項目，並建立長期機構科研合作關係。

Review & Documentation｜審核與文件
Final acceptance, host-unit placement and academic supervision are subject to TIIAME review. Approved participants may receive relevant programme/invitation documentation in accordance with University procedures.
最終錄取、承接院系及學術指導安排須經TIIAME審核；獲批准參與者可按校方程序取得相應項目或邀請文件。

Important Clarification｜重要說明
The Postdoctoral Development Program is an academic research and professional-development programme. Participation does not by itself constitute employment by TIIAME, a salaried postdoctoral position, fellowship appointment or admission to a degree programme. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, visa, travel, accommodation, insurance and personal expenses are borne by participants.
博士後發展項目屬科研及學術專業發展項目，參與本項目本身不構成TIIAME僱傭關係、帶薪博士後崗位、Fellowship聘任或學位項目錄取。除另有書面安排外，簽證、交通、住宿、保險及個人費用由參與者承擔。

IAOA International Liaison｜IAOA國際聯絡
IAOA supports international information dissemination, preliminary applicant/institutional liaison and academic-matching communication. Final admission and official documentation remain subject to TIIAME.
IAOA協助國際信息發布、申請人及機構前期聯絡與學術匹配溝通；最終錄取及正式文件以TIIAME確認為準。
