End-users. For our commercial and logistics projects we work with corporate tenants and operators — logistics companies, distributors, and manufacturers who need modern space on the EU–Asia corridor. We especially welcome Chinese companies entering the European market: INWI can provide the warehousing, logistics, and operational base they need to establish themselves in Poland and the wider EU, with a local partner who handles the ground reality end to end.
