Who we are

Karpowership is the owner, operator and builder of the only Powership fleet in the world. Our floating power plants deliver more than 8,500 MW of installed capacity across Africa, Asia, the Americas and the Pacific, supported by 11 floating LNG assets and a shipbuilding and conversion arm. With 3,000 employees from 30 countries, we cover the entire value chain from fuel supply to power generation under one roof.

What we offer

• Power in weeks, not years. Powerships arrive fully built and tested, requiring no land acquisition or construction time. Grid connection queues and turbine lead times of five years or more do not apply.

• Scalable from 30 MW to 600 MW per vessel, deployable behind the meter for a single large consumer or connected to the grid.

• Dual fuel flexibility with redundancy designed to meet the reliability standards of data centres and heavy industry.

• Integrated LNG to power. Our own FSRU and LNG carrier fleet brings fuel to sites without pipeline access, as demonstrated in Brazil (560 MW) and Senegal.

• Re-deployable assets. When permanent infrastructure arrives, the Powership moves on, leaving no stranded asset behind.

• Land based options through modular Gigawatt Park power blocks, scalable to GW scale and designed for data centre adjacency.
