Our ambition is bigger than supplying modular buildings.

The opportunity is being driven by some fundamental challenges facing the Australian market: housing demand, construction costs, skilled-labour constraints, project delays and the need to dramatically improve construction productivity.

I believe volumetric modular can become an important part of the solution.

My role is focused particularly on property development, strategic investment, partnerships and connecting Australia with international capital and construction capability.

I am currently building relationships with:

• Institutional and private capital
• Construction and infrastructure groups
• Volumetric modular manufacturers
• Government and housing organisations
• Asian companies seeking Australian opportunities

I am particularly interested in developing stronger relationships between Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and the wider Asian region.

After more than three decades in Australian property, I see this as an opportunity to bring together many of the relationships, lessons and experiences of my career to help build something capable of making a genuine impact on the Australian market.
