About
This project packages two businesses already operating in Chinese Mainland for Belt and Road replication. First, energy performance contracting (EMC) / energy hosting for public institutions, campuses and commercial buildings: Solacred funds metering, efficiency retrofit and operations, and is repaid from verified energy savings, so the host need not make a large upfront investment. Second, investment in distributed new energy assets—rooftop solar, storage and EV charging—held under invest-build-operate or delivered as EPC. In Wuhan, energy hosting covering about 115 public institutions is in operation, with load aggregation toward virtual power plants. We seek local developers or operators for EMC concessions, co-investors for solar-storage-charging portfolios, and EPC contractors. Structure may be joint venture, PPP/concession or project-level equity. Investment size is open for discussion.
本项目把已在中国大陆运营的两类业务，面向一带一路复制：一是面向公共机构、校园与商业楼宇的合同能源管理（EMC）/能源费用托管，由誉照能源投入计量、节能改造与运营，以核定节能量分享收益，业主无需大额前期资本开支；二是分布式新能源资产投资，包括屋顶光伏、储能与充电设施，采取投资共建持有运营或 EPC 总包。 目前武汉已开展约115家公共机构能源托管，并探索负荷聚合接入虚拟电厂。 现寻求本地开发或运营伙伴承接托管/特许经营、光储充组合的共投方，以及 EPC 承包商。合作可为合资、公私合作/经营权或项目层股权，投资规模可商议。
