About
Nordia targets on the diabetes with personal or universal islet organoids generated from stem cells through its spontaneous formation of 3D structure of islets. Gene editing and T cell co-culture were used to reduce the immunogenicity. The islet organoids will be transplanted into the patients with biomaterial scaffolds for long-term control of blood glucose levels by steady insulin secretion. Nordia also offers islet-based research services such as drug/target screening.
