About
Investment Highlights
● World-class grades: outcropping spodumene-bearing pegmatites returning rock-chip grades up to 5.34% Li₂O — several multiples of typical hard-rock lithium projects (1.0–1.5% Li₂O) and ahead of established producers such as Greenbushes (≈2.0%) and Pilbara (≈1.2%).
● Significant scale: a mapped pegmatite swarm over 3 km of strike and hundreds of metres wide, within a district hosting 3,000+ known pegmatites along a 400 km belt.
● Strategic geology: situated in central Nigeria's Pan-African mobile-belt pegmatite province, interpreted as the pre-drift geological extension of the Brazilian lithium belt — a globally under-explored address using modern methods.
● Ground-truthed by mining: active artisanal spodumene extraction on two of the licences confirms coarse, hand-sortable, saleable ore at surface — de-risking the discovery ahead of drilling.
● Tenement control: a granted regional exploration licence, an application over the core high-grade sites, and two secured 15-year landowner leases, with a third lease in negotiation.
● Funded, near-term catalyst: capital is earmarked for trenching, systematic channel sampling and maiden RC/diamond drilling, targeting a maiden JORC (2012) Mineral Resource — a clear catalyst for a step-change in value.
A Structural Supply Gap Meets a New Discovery
Global lithium demand is forecast to grow more than tenfold to 2040 as battery electrification accelerates, with committed supply falling well short of the pathway required for net-zero scenarios. Roughly 95% of lithium demand is expected to be battery-related by 2030, with EVs forecast to account for over half of new vehicle sales by that date. Meeting this demand will require a substantial pipeline of new hard-rock and brine sources — creating a premium for high-grade, large-scale discoveries in new jurisdictions.
Asset Overview
The project comprises a contiguous group of tenements approximately 200 km south-east of Abuja, Nigeria's capital, within a known but largely unexplored lithium-cesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatite province. Spodumene has been positively identified in the field by the project's independent Competent Person. Excavator-exposed pegmatites have returned high-grade lithium results across four discrete prospect sites, plus supporting regional samples on the granted exploration licence.
