About
MooMe is a Tunisian Agri-tech company (STE LIFEYE SARL, founded 2018 in Béja) building the operating system for smallholder and commercial dairy & beef operations across Africa and Asia. Born as a herd-management app, we bootstrapped through revenue and corporate contracts across two continents before evolving into a climate-integrated livestock data platform. Our mobile-first, offline-first platform turns everyday farm activity into structured data — and structured data into the next right action for farmers, veterinarians, cooperatives and value-chain partners.
What we do
One shared digital record per animal and per pasture block captures identity, lifecycle, health, breeding, feeding, grazing, milk and meat yields and finance — online or offline. On top of this record, MooMe delivers operational alerts, KPIs and AI-powered recommendations, plus dashboards and APIs that let service providers, processors and public agencies scale advisory cost-effectively and monitor climate impact in real time.
Why it matters for the Belt and Road corridor
Across Africa and Asia the dairy & beef ecosystem is fragmented, data-blind and climate-blind — 99% of smallholders use no software, while the two regions account for roughly 7% of global methane emissions. MooMe closes that gap with a single platform that is affordable, multilingual and built for low-connectivity environments.
Proven impact
Independently validated by 60 Decibels (2023): 9 out of 10 farmers report increased production, 4 out of 5 report improved quality of life, and advisory cost drops from about USD 260 to USD 70 per farmer per year.
Flagship deployments
LiSA (Kenya) — IDRC RECAF pilot with 5,000 farmers and 23 ranches (115,000+ cattle); targets −10% methane and +20% productivity.
BRIDGE-AI (Horizon Europe) — AI-optimized, climate-resilient pasture management, led from a Tunisian living-lab.
Partners
Techna Tunisie (feed) · Délice Group (dairy) · GIG Algeria (insurance) · FrieslandCampina (multinational processor) — four industries using the same livestock dataset.
The opportunity
We are raising a USD 1.2M ticket to accelerate platform expansion, deepen AI-powered pasture and advisory modules, and scale across Belt & Road priority markets. Join us in turning livestock data into climate-resilient food systems.
