KIN Farm’s mission is to find a way to systemically reduce the carbon footprint of food – a critical transformation that is required globally. Our model is to source, finance and export major food ingredient categories from better farms. And enable these ingredients to get into our target markets and then use our brand, network, reputation and energy to catalyse the sales momentum for our partner distributors to build on. We put the ingredients into both food service and retail channels. We have validated this model with Eggs and Liquid Eggs, and we are now expanding this to other food categories such as sustainable Trout and Shrimp, with more in development mode in the pipeline, such as Sustainable farmed Cod, Bluefin Tuna and Amberjack.
