I bring over 25 years of experience in the consulting and business leadership space, with a career built on strategy, innovation, and partnerships across industries and regions. I founded Rework Inc. and served as its Chief Strategy Officer, leading transformative consulting projects, and later became CEO of Adwa Technologies, where I steered innovation and growth. Most recently, I established 4Arrows Co. Limited, a Hong Kong–incorporated company dedicated to bridging Africa and Asia by fostering strategic partnerships, enabling market access, and driving investment opportunities across key sectors. My expertise spans strategy consulting, leadership, partnership development, and high-level communications, and through 4Arrows my mission is to act as a catalyst for sustainable growth, cross-border collaboration, and long-term value creation within the Belt and Road Initiative and beyond.
